Usage: ON [#|+|-|^|&|@]CONNECT [-|^]<server> <port> [action]
  This is activated whenever you receive a connect to a server.
  The parameters for the action are as follows:
    $0    The name of the server you connected to.
    $1    The port number you connected to.
